Join CI&T as a Project Manager leading the technical Proof of Concept track for a loan origination system discovery and modernization initiative. You’ll work with a major U.S. mortgage lender in a high-visibility engagement, partnering with senior project leaders and client stakeholders to support effective governance and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical Proof of Concept track and keep delivery aligned with project goals
- Communicate directly with client stakeholders, including C-level leaders
- Work with Product Owners, technical leads, and senior Project Managers to define scope, goals, and deliverables across two parallel tracks
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain momentum across a cross-functional, multilingual team
- Identify blockers, manage risks, and keep communication clear between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Track timelines and scope changes, supporting consistent delivery quality
Required Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency and confidence communicating with U.S.-based client leadership
- Senior Project Management experience leading complex, high-stakes initiatives
- Hands-on Scrum experience, ideally as a Scrum Master or in a hybrid Project Manager/Scrum Master role
- Strong project governance skills, including scope management, risk tracking, and stakeholder reporting
- Initiative and autonomy while collaborating within a governance structure alongside other senior project leads
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in U.S. financial services, mortgage, or another regulated industry
- Experience with discovery and Proof of Concept projects, especially legacy system modernization
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments
- Experience working with global teams and nearshore/onshore delivery models
