- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and client-facing alignment
Mandatory requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital product or software development environments
- Advanced written and spoken English
- Hands-on experience with AI-based solutions and familiarity with generative AI tools, such as LLMs and Copilots, applied to analysis or process workflows
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices, including user story writing, backlog management, and sprint ceremonies
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to lead discussions, elicit requirements, and communicate trade-offs clearly
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
- A proactive, autonomous approach and the ability to take ownership
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in financial services, mortgage, or other regulated industries; knowledge of the US market is a plus
- Familiarity with Scrum Master responsibilities or experience supporting those duties in lean teams
- Experience using SQL or Power BI for data-driven analysis
